This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or send a technical enquiry to Hossein Barzegar.
Information you choose to provide
If you email or submit the consultation form, the information may include your name, business contact details, organisation, role, country, project context, concrete application, technical question, performance requirements, and other details you enter. Do not provide information you are not authorised to disclose.
How information is used
- to evaluate and respond to your enquiry;
- to clarify scope, availability, confidentiality, and the appropriate next step;
- to protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records; and
- to meet applicable legal obligations.
Enquiry information is not sold. It is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate, explicit choice.
Data minimisation and files
The consultation form may accept one optional PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, or TXT file up to 5 MB. The file is validated, attached to the enquiry email from temporary server storage, and is not added to the public WordPress media library. Email and hosting systems may process the attachment as part of delivery and security. Do not send executable files, macros, personal data, confidential formulations, contracts, or records you are not authorised to disclose. If sensitive records are genuinely required, confidentiality, access, transfer, and retention arrangements should be agreed before any file is sent.
Technical data and cookies
The public site does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. At launch, no public analytics service is enabled. Essential server logs and security controls may process limited technical information such as request time, requested URL, browser information, and network address to deliver and protect the service. Administrative login cookies are used only for authorised site management.
Retention and disclosure
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, security, record-keeping, and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised service administration and communication. Hosting, email, security, or professional service providers may process information only as needed to provide their service or meet legal requirements.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the public form for urgent, safety-critical, classified, or highly confidential information.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about information connected to your enquiry or request correction or deletion where appropriate. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is acted on.
