Learning design
Before a session is proposed, the audience, operating context, applicable reference framework, available time, learning objectives, and decisions participants need to make are defined. Examples and exercises must be suitable for the audience and stripped of confidential or identifying project information.
Possible formats
Technical briefing, workshop, guided case review, or an article-based learning session. Format, availability, language, delivery mode, recording rights, and materials are confirmed in a written scope.
